# GO Microdose

> GO Microdose is a Netherlands-based webshop specialising in fresh psilocybin truffles for microdosing, alongside functional mushrooms, grow kits, gummies and wellness supplements. We ship internationally across the UK and Europe. Our focus is education-first, responsible use, with clear dosing guidance and honest information about benefits and risks.

## About

- We sell FRESH psilocybin truffles (not dried). A typical microdose is around 0.5 grams of fresh truffle (individual range roughly 0.3 to 0.7 grams). Conversion: 1 gram dried is roughly equal to 3 grams fresh.
- Truffles are Sclerotia, biologically produced in the Netherlands. Psilocybin truffles are legal in the Netherlands; legal status varies by country.
- We offer six truffle strains: Galindoi, Utopia, Hollandia, Tampanensis, Pajaritos and Atlantis.
- Common microdosing protocols we reference: the Fadiman protocol (one day on, two days off) and the Stamets protocol (four days on, three days off), with a reset break after two to four weeks.
- Tone and values: friendly, educational, grounded. We do not make exaggerated health claims and we encourage responsible, informed use for adults 18+.

## Storage and shipping

- Unopened fresh truffles keep 2 to 3 months refrigerated. Once opened, use within 3 to 5 days or dry them (never above 40°C).
