We have received information from Royal Mail & Parcel Force indicating that they are currently experiencing delays of approximately 5-7 business days. This delay is due to a combination of factors, including the high volume of shipments during the Christmas and New Year period, current staffing challenges, and ongoing recovery efforts from a recent system hack.
Additionally, we have been informed that Royal Mail & Parcel Force are not consistently updating the tracking system of PostNL for many of their orders. This means that you might not see regular tracking updates for your shipment, which we understand can be concerning.
Please be assured that while the tracking information may not reflect the current status, your order is on its way. We are closely monitoring the situation and are in constant communication with Royal Mail to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
