I tried the micro dosing pack of Mexicana truffles for adhd. They helped a lot, the experience felt smooth, chilled and easy. My concentration has improved and feel more stable overall. I had to throw them away because I opened them upon receiving to take a look but I didn't plan on taking them until the following week so i closed the packaging and stored them in my fridge. The following week I had found that they had become moldy and had to throw them out. Don’t open them until you want to take them. Totally my fault but I’m very disappointed

I started using the truffles about two months ago. I must say that I have felt a difference with my anxiety and low mood levels. But the biggest change I noticed was that I no longer feel the need to emotionally eat. It is like on a subconscious level some of my issues with using food as comfort are resolving themselves and I am able to eat only as much I need to. I also noticed myself not having to drink as much alcohol as I used to (I am happy to stop after three cans - I would usually drink more, which can result in a hangover, which would further impact my mood negatively). All in all, I really want to make microdosing a part of my day to day life.

First time of microdosing, I was a bit skeptical in the start. Ordered three strips in total and followed the intuitive protocol. The company delivered the goods in discreet packaging as said.
