FAQ

Which side effects has microdosing?

Microdosing has a few possible side effects:
• Fatigue
Some people experience more fatigue. It is quite possible that this is due to the extra impressions or the more active lifestyle that microdosing provides for them.

• Slight nausea
Nausea-like people experience a slight nausea. Sometimes it helps to take a little ginger so that this feeling disappears quickly.

• Tolerance
Tolerance may occur for some time. This means that your body is used to the effects. It is important to stop after a few days and start over again after a break, according to the step-by-step plan at the course that you follow.

• Hallucinations
Color blind people can suffer from hallucinations and ‘after images’. This only occurs with a small part of the people.

• Challenges in changes
Changes in your consciousness and sensitivity can lead to experienced challenges.

• Transpiration
Some people will transpire more if they use microdosings. That is not dangerous.

We therefore recommend that you stop microdosing for a month after 8 to 10 weeks of usage. You can then experience how you feel and what the differences are. Afterwards you can of course start again if you like.
