Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated product prices on our website do not include shipping costs. These will be calculated at checkout.
In general, the delivery within the Netherlands will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Shipping to other countries within the EU usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Warranty & Complaints
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable term is in any case two days after receipt.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@go-microdose.com.

Returns
Reflection time/return
Because we work with fresh products, you cannot return these products and a refund is not possible. The truffles have a limited shelf life of 2 months and therefore can not be sold again after return. This is also stated in our terms & conditions.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact info@go-microdose.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
I have provided a wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Mailbox parcels (limited tracking) & Lost or returned shipments
It could happen that your order gets lost or returned to us, unfortunately this happens about 1-2% of all our shipments due to the nature of our products. All lost EU orders shipped with POSTNL (as Registered parcel) or DHL will re be reshipped one time again with a 70% discount.
Orders shipped as Mailbox parcel or to countries outside the EU will not be refunded or shipped again for free.
