Step-by-step course guide
Introduction
Our three courses help you take your doses at the right times. Whether you are a beginner, more experienced, or advanced, each course helps you choose the level that suits you best.
You can use microdosing to explore subtle effects, improve focus and mood, or support your overall performance and wellbeing.
It’s important to understand that dosing is highly individual. Finding your ideal dose, also called your “sweet spot”, can take a few tries. Most people need a short period of experimenting to discover what works best for them.
We recommend using our dosage calculator as a starting point. This is based on body weight and experience level, and helps you begin in a safe and structured way. Our courses also guide you through microdosing days and rest days. After a course of 1 to 2 months, we recommend taking a break of 2 to 4 weeks. This helps prevent tolerance and allows you to fully experience the benefits again in the next cycle.
Step-by-step course guide
Beginner course
Our beginner course is designed to gently introduce you to microdosing. You follow a 3-day cycle for 4 to 8 weeks. Try it for at least a month to evaluate how it works for you.
Important:
Start low and increase slowly. Finding the right dose can take a few attempts.
Day 01
Start microdosing
Start with a light dose in the morning (around 10:00 AM).
Use the dosage calculator as your starting point.
From there:
• Begin low
• Adjust slightly over time if needed
Preferably start on a day off. Avoid obligations and take time to observe how you feel. A walk in nature can be a great addition. As long as you haven’t found your ideal dose yet, avoid driving or operating machinery.
Day 02
Let the effects run out
This is your transition day. You do not take a dose.
The effects from the previous day can still subtly influence your mind and body. Pay attention to small changes in mood, clarity, or energy. Write down what you feel and observe.
Day 03
Non-microdosing
This is a normal day without microdosing.
These rest days are essential to:
• Prevent tolerance
• Keep the effects noticeable
• Allow your body to reset
Again, observe and write down what you experience.
Then repeat the cycle.

Experienced course
This course is for those who already understand the basics of microdosing and want to enhance productivity, creativity, and focus. You follow a 4-day cycle for 4 to 8 weeks.
Important:
Even as an experienced user, dosing remains personal. Continue fine-tuning your dose if needed.
Day 01
Start microdosing
Take your dose in the morning for a productive day. Use your previously established dose, or adjust slightly if you feel it can be improved.
Day 02
Another microdosing day
Take your dose again, preferably at the same time as Day 01. Consistency helps maintain stable effects.
Day 03
Transition day
No dose today. This day allows you to experience the after-effects of the previous days. These can often be subtle but valuable. Track your observations in a journal or app.
Day 04
Rest day
Another non-microdosing day. This helps prevent tolerance and keeps the effects effective over time. Then repeat the cycle.

Advanced course
This course is for users who have significant experience with microdosing and already understand how their body responds. The focus here is optimizing performance, creativity, and energy. You follow a structured cycle with multiple microdosing days followed by rest days.
Important:
At this level, you likely know your ideal dose, but small adjustments can still make a difference.
Day 01
Start microdosing
Neem je eerste microdosis om 10:00 uur ‘s ochtends voor een productieve dag. Gebruik 1 gram van de verse truffels. Of neem de microdosis ‘s avonds voor het slapengaan in om een goede nachtrust te bevorderen.
Day 02 to 04
Microdosing days
Continue taking your dose daily. Always try to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistency.
Day 05 to 07
Days off
No microdosing for three days. These rest days are essential to:
• Prevent tolerance
• Keep effects effective
• Allow integration of the experience
During these days, reflect on what you feel, notice changes, and observe patterns. Then repeat the cycle.
